4. PURCHASES THROUGH THIRD-PARTY RETAILERS

When you enquire about, reserve, purchase or otherwise engage with a retailer featured on Luxury Watch Suite, any resulting transaction is solely between you and that retailer.

Luxury Watch Suite is not a party to any contract formed between buyers and retailers.

The retailer alone is responsible for:
